Nest is a contemporary artist-initiative with a 400 m2 large exhibition ¬space. It is part of the DCR building, which also houses a theatre, an experimental sound studio, an experimental dance studio, three guest studios and 36 studios for artists and designers.

Shows at Nest focus on specific themes which are being investigated through the work of local, national and international artists.

Nest projects not only look at the artist and his or her work but also pay attention to the role of artist and artwork in its social and functional context within society.

A subprogram of Nest called Nestarchy looks for more experimental ways to deal with presentation and collaboration.
