Please invite your contacts to this event in first hand. Of course you are also free to create an event for your own participation, but please don't use the same name. Call it for instance: 'Your gallery name' at SUPERMARKET 2012

Tickets to the Professional Preview

The preview will take place on thursday the 16th of February 2012 at 6pm.

There are two kinds of invitation cards to the Professional Preview: A regular invitation and a VIP invitation. Holders of regular invitation cards pay a SEK 70 admission.

We mail VIP invitations to decision makers and influencers of Stockholm's art scene. All regular exhibitors (galleries etc) get up to 5 VIP invitations each, and up to approx. 10 regular invitations. If you have a presentation booth you can get 2 VIP invitations and 10 regular.

There is a list of people who get free admission because they work at the fair. Up to 5 persons from each gallery who exhibit or watch the exhibition stand can be registered. It could be different people each day.

It´s very important that the adress is correct!

Will it be possible to ship the work previous to our arrival?
- Ask the shipping company to deliver it between Monday 13.2 and Wednesday 15.2. Afterwards the pick up is only on Monday 20.2, if nothing else is agreed upon. Please mark the transportation box clearly.

Are there any particular regulations concerning customs and art work?
- For exhibitors from outside the EU you can consider ”temporary import”.
Temporary import refers to the import of goods to the EU for a limited time for later re-export in an unaltered state. When using temporary import, you can get relief from customs duties and VAT when importing. In some cases, you may be exempt from paying part of the customs duties, but required to pay the entire VAT amount.
