Candyland is a non-profit exhibition space run by ten individuals who take turns in producing exhibitions. Since its foundation in 2004, Candyland has arranged more than 80 exhibitions, accompanied by gigs and performances, workshops, screenings, and many other creative events.

Candyland also functions as an artists’ group, creating art experiences often in collaboration
with groups with mutual members, such as HAP – Hammarby Artport (www.hammarbyartport.com)
and Glimpse (www.glimp.se). In 2009 Candyland was invited by ARTVILNIUS’09 in Lithuania and “kim?” – Latvian Museum of Contemporary Art, Riga to exhibit the collaborative piece “Global trash – garbage on cotton”.

Bob Dylan (b. 1941, Minnesota) has had a prolific career, mainly in the field of folk and popular   music. At SUPERMARKET 2010, Candyland proudly presents another facet of Dylan’s art: Blockhead (1962). Courtesy of the Johan Eriksson Collection.
